Sorry, I just had to share my experience
I ordered a steel garage from Carolina Carports thru a dealer on Aug 3, 2020. I am not bringing up dealer because they have been good.
So on Aug 24 2020 they requested site pictures. I sent right away showing I was ready.
Then nothing…. I inquired in October, still in line.
I inquired end of November, said it might be by end of year.
January rolls around, call them again. Good news, garage is built, should be out in 1-2 weeks.
February came and no garage. Excuse was weather and covid.
March is here, called, should be end of March, first of June.
July shows up, no garage.
August rolls around, yes, 1 year later. Good news again. I am next in line. Nobody is in front of me..
September rolls around, I called 4 times, no answer, no callback.
Thru the whole mess, not once did anyone contact me.
Sept 24th, 13 months from ready date I cancel and start all over.
