Steps on rear patio door

Bought a Cyclone 3714 the patio door came with steps that is missing the Hand rail that is supposed to come with. Called dealership and they said it came from factory that way. Looked on line and I thought I found it. With a Company called Omni outdoor living. It came in and it doesn’t go with my steps!
Any idea where I can find it. About to reach out to Heartland fingers crossed!

my step kit is a MorRyde brand, check for that. My rail has to poles that fit into the steps

I looked at my steps no number on the steps. Look for model number on your steps & check with MorRyde. Rail came with ours from dealer!!

My steps are MORryde.

Your steps are a different model then what came with our 2018 Road Warrior. Our steps do not fold down and the handle folds down to close for transport. We leave our steps in our storage trailer and do not use them. They are heavy and take up allot room during transport.
If you can't find anything from Heartland, try calling MorRyde and ask if they will sell you a handrail.
Plus, you can try the RV surplus places around Goshen area to see if any of them have the steps.
