Stuck Awning

Hi all, we have a 2017 Landmark Newport(which we love) but have a problem with the Awning, it has stopped working, Is there a way to open it without power to it. we know it has came unhooked to power and need to open it to rehook it up. Any help would be great.

I would assume you still have your owners manual which would have the instructions. But if you look at the motor side of the awning you should see a "snap in cap" about an inch in diameter. That would be where you'd insert the manual crank to extend or retract.

Yes, they are disconnected, thank you for the info, we had to run into Vegas today so are not at the unit, but will check that out when we get back some time tonight.
