Stuck Slide Roller

The bedroom slide has started screeching in the last 6" of travel either going in or out. I located one of the slide rollers that wasn't turning. I feel that is the problem. I tried some WD40 (I know, I know, but it's all I had at the moment) and it didn't help. Now it's sliding on the bottom of the slide. Any ideas on how to free it up or replace it. I think replacement will require removing the slide so if that's the case I will take it in for warranty repair, UGH.

Anyone else had this problem and the cure?

I don't know about your particular roller, but I do know that some roller assemblies are designed to be able to remove the roller axle and then remove the roller.
Have you looked closely at the assembly to see if that is possible?

Peace

If it is in warranty I would get it repaired under warranty if you possibly can. That way there is a record of the problem.

I looked closely at the situation this weekend. It's not the roller, it's free and turns nicely, as do the other 2. It's something on the inside at the back bottom corner of the slide that's making all the noise. Since this is a cable system I don't have a clue. I know it's a dry pulley, guide, or whatever but I can't figure out how to get there.

I found a couple of more problems I want noted/fixed so I'll be calling the dealer on Mon as well as sending Heartland a list of the problems to get everything on file. I hate to take it in but I don't have any trips planned for the near future. It's just emptying it out to go to the dealer.....PITA
