Taking the couch out of back room on 2011 32QBSS

Hi, we have a 2011 North Trail 32QBSS. It's been a great trailer and we're still happy with it. We want to remove the couch in the back room and put a different one in, as there are a couple things about that couch that are not ideal (air mattress constantly leaking, bed too high under bunk for both to be used at the same time). We went out to the storage place yesterday and shockingly (not actually), it doesn't fit through the door. So, I'm guessing it was put in before the walls were put up, or assembled inside. Looks like we might need to take it apart to get it out the door. Any suggestions other than just starting to loosen bolts until we get somewhere?

You might look at the back of couch down low and see if the back has a provision to remove it from seat area. A lot of couches and chairs have this feature.

The back folds up and over as it turns into a bed with an air mattress on top, so I'm not sure about if this will be as likely in this case.
