I purchased a new 2015 big country 3900flp recently and was wondering if the heat pads for the yeti package were on sensors or is something not hooked up. The light on the switch in the control center does not light but the light on the switch for the heat traced pipe does come on. Thanks. I received no owners manuals for nothing in the trailer, the dealer ship is searching.

The tank heating pads are switched and are either on or off. Make sure you don't run them on empty tanks. There needs to be a little water in the tank to dissipate the heat from the pad.
The heat tape on the water line may be thermostatically controlled, in addition to having a switch.
Things change, but in the past, the holding tank heat pad switch has usually been a wall type of switch that illuminates, whereas the heat tape switch is usually a smaller rocker switch.
