Tank Never empty!!

The rotten floor is most likely lack of maintaining the caulking on the slide. No RV manufacturer can be held responsable for how people maintain their coachs. Maybe CW should take some of the blame for not checking the coach over before selling it and repairing things as needed. You did however by a used coach. Did you check the "build date" on the coach? It could be 4 years old.

BTW, you could call HL with your VIN# and see if they would help you with the floor repair. Just don't have the "POS" attitude.

I had some problems with my Cyclone black tank. Dumped the black tank, closed the valve and filled the tank with the tank flush till the water just started showing through the toilet valve. Turned the water off and dumped the tank again. Did this about 3 or 4 times and it seemed to solve the problem and the tank finally read empty at the monitor panel instead of 1/3.
