I had poor sound through my outside speakers. After emailing Jensen Tech support and a short phone call to customer service, two new speakers arrived today.

I am traveling around the countries and have no fix address yet , I will possibly replace the units with more expensive Jensen units. I saw them at Gander Mountain, they looked and sounded great.
