Third tank

I'm going to be hooking up a 100 pound tank for the winter and I was wondering if I could put a regulator where the quick quick-connect for the grill is and still use the 2 factory 20 pound tank's or do I have to get a splitter for the front? I have looked all over for a answer any way that is safe I'm open to, the tank will be in a stationary position it won't be on the trailer when being moved. Thanks for any help

You need to have the input before the onboard regulator. If you use the quick connect as an input, you will have the 2 regulators fitting each other and will be releasing propane. The reason is, they will not have the same outlet presure, so the one with the lower presure will be releasing gas.

Okay thanks that's what I was thinking too so I didn't hook it up that but I'm glad someone said it
