tire inflators - what do you use?

What do you use to inflate your tires?

With the NT, we had a Black & Decker portable cordless tire inflator, which worked great for the 50PSI tires. Now with the ER, we need something more 'beefy' to inflate to 80 PSI. Any suggestions?

I found a 150 psi Porter Cable pancake compressor for a decent price at a Menards. I keep it in the trailer basement, always handy so I check the tires before every trip.

I used a 12V small compressor with 140PSI capacity for the last 13 years. It finally burned up this winter. Will be replacing it with a heavier duty one, there are some at Wally World capable to inflate to 160PSI.

I use a Viair compressor with a small tank that is mounted in my tool box. It has a tee on the top for the air hose to plug into to air up the tires.

I use a Makita 3-gallon compressor that runs my brad and pin nailers. Goes to 120 psi, so it takes a little finessing to get the tires up to 110 psi, but it does the job. I check the tires before hauling the BH up to the seasonal site with it and then take it along to the rig when we plan to return it home.

I have used Sears Air compressor for 5 years. Its takes up very little room and has a 150 psi. I have to have at least 150 pse to air up our G114' which require 125 lbs. From time to time Sears brings this model back cost was $99.00 but I'm sure its up some. I recomend the Sears Compressor. GBY.......

I have the same compressor and also keep it in the basement. Love it.
