Tire problems with 5th wheels

Hello. my wife and I bought a new 2013 SUndance fifth wheel, model 3000mk. It came with 5 Tow Max tires, st235/80r16 tires.

Lost the passenger side front axle tire after only 7000 miles and 3 more after 10000 miles. Made Heartland aware of this terrible situation with no solution. Also sent an email to the NHTSA about these inferior tires. We would like to hear from anyone else who has had similar problems with these tires. Come on Heartland..... spurge and equip your RVs with reliable tires .I am sick of seeing Tow Max tire complaints on this forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
