Toliet Seal

So far, the only time mine has not held water was when a bit of TP got trapped by the ball. Might consider using a toilet brush around the seal on a semi-regular basis while flushing to make sure nothing is stuck under it. Maybe too much fiber in the diet is the culprit :D

Our new "11" model has a different seal than the older units. You are suppose to be able to change the seal without taking the toilet apart. First try to clean the bottom of the seal. Take your wife's tooth brush and scrub the bottom of the seal. It worked for me. Oh, dont forget to rinse her tooth brush or there may be some splaining to do!
