Night and day difference between a SRW and a dually. Get the dually and add air bays to the rear springs to level it out. I switched from a F350 to a Ram 3500 dually, WOW!

The 2014 RAM 2500 and 3500 are coming with 20 inch wheels which sport Firestone Transforce 265/70R 20 tires rated at 3660 and the 285/70 at 3860 LBS at 80 PSI. This should eliminate the DRW SRW issue. Pin load is no longer a factor given this. Rams GCVWR is very capable of towing most everything Heartland manufactures. Dont want a dually, don't buy one.

Thanks everyone for your feedback on tow vehicles. 3500 SWD is our choice. We are taking a deeper dive into which is the one for us...Chevy 3500 HD. Or Dodge 3500 HD.
