Tub replacement

I have a 2011 North trail 32buds. I'm wanting to take the tub out and replace with a shower. I was wondering if this was possible and how hard it is

Look at it and you may find the wall is over the edge of the tub surround. If so, then the wall paneling will need to come out to get to the screws holding the tub in place. Also, a consideration is the placement of the drain of the tub versus the shower drain placement, how much modification will it required to fit?

The bigger problem is getting the new unit in the door.
