Uh oh - greasy trail on tire???

Notice on my real doorside tire on nice greasy-oily trail of fluid about 3" wide has dribbled down the tire since our trip a couple weeks ago. This doesn't sound good!

Ideas?

How does the big silver hub cover in the center come off??

This is a 3670RL, with factory aluminum wheels.

Thanks!

Be careful and there is a notch where you can pry off the end cap and then snap it back on. If you want to remove the whole thing you will need to remove the tire.

OK this problem solved. Good news!

Removed the tire/wheel. Looked like the silver cover for the rubber zert cover was quite tight all the way around. Removed the cover -grease all looked OK fine. Cleaned evrything up, added a ring of silicone rubber around the edge of the cover, installed cover, this time making sure the cover was on good and tight 360 degrees. Cleaned up the cover, and the wheel, ready to remount the wheel...

Bad news! Found a nail in the tire, not 3/8 inch from the outside edge. Another half inch, I would have missed it completely. Now I'm out $350 to replace my G614. :(

Just not my day.
