Uniguard or Alumaguard awning covers?

Anyone have these? Just trying to make the awnings last as long as they can. Most damage I have seen is where the top of them sit out with the sun beating them each day.
Any good points to them?
Bad points?

Can't give you any pros or cons. Had some installed last fall, don't know what brand they are. We had hail damage to the awning last summer while it was rolled up. Had them put on to hopefully protect the awning. They were recommended to me by a friend who said they are good at protecting the awning.
