Usb and lights not working in sofa

Hi, I just purchased a 2018 prowler lynx and the lights and usb ports in the sofa do not work. I was wondering if anyone had any help with this issue. Do they only work on electric or are they 12v? Thank you.

Does the sofa have a power reclining function. If so, the sofa probably plugs into a 120V outlet and the usb port and lights probably plug into something under or at the back of the sofa.

Thank you, no our sofa is not an electric recline, it is manual. We did look however and the usb and lights in the cupholders do plug in to an outlet. We are wondering if they only work on ele trucity and not 12 volt. We seem to not be able to get an answer from the dealer if they work on 12v or 110. They just say they have USB ports. Thank you

If your recliner plugs into a 120 volt outlet then your USB and lights run off of that not 12 volt.
Check the outlet that it is plugged in to to be sure it is powered.

Ours at home has a small circuit breaker in the sofa power cord.. ours is a small, 1” long, plastic piece with a little button. Push the button to reset.

BTW, the specification for a charging USB ports is 5 volts DC. Your lights in the sofa are probably running on this same voltage from a voltage adapter somewhere in the couch. No 110 volts AC into the couch cord, no USB charging or lights.
