USB plug at TV/desk area?

We have a 2013 Landmark Key Largo and there is a 110v plug by the TV that also has 2 USB ports. Are these ports for charging things like Iphones or are they connected/intended for something else. I am reluctant to plug anything into it until know for sure what it's intended purpose is. Thanks in advance for any information.

I've seen these for residential use, but not in an RV yet. I bought an adapter that adds USB outlets to an existing plug for my TT to charge all the gadgets. Plenty of them on the market now so I wouldn't be surprised if you had one. Here's a link to one.

They are for charging a USB device. We keep our IPhone and IPad cables plugged into them and then just connect and charge as needed.

Standard in Landmark now. Very handy for charging phones, tablets, music players, cameras etc.
