Vent hood light - replacement

Has anyone found a good replacement for the Heng vent hood light over the stove?

I found an LED replacement that I am trying out. Much brighter at 300 lumen, nice warm light. Getting it in place with wires etc was a bit of a challenge. Will see.

The vent hood light, no, but I did replace the single 1141 bulb in the fixture next to it with a 24-LED lamp. Much better and it lights the stove nicely.

The one that was originally in ours was real dim. Put in a 921 and it works great... However it does get hot. My cover eventually had a hole melted through it.

Deborah HATED the dinky little OEM hood light, and LED's weren't as available as they are now then in 2009, so I got a box of 4 - 30 watt fluorescent ceiling fixtures on E-Bay and installed 2 on the kitchen ceiling, 1 under the end appliance counter, and I adapted one with a piece of aluminum bar and installed it in the range hood in place of the original lamp. Now there is PLENTY of light on the stovetop.
