We own a 2015 Sundane 3000 MK. It has already developed issues - outside decal peeling off, recliners will not recline, kitchen drawers open during transit, faulty seal in the shower. Since we live in Oakland, CA and there are no dealers around here (we bought the rig in So Cal), we dropped it off at Camping World in Roseville near Sacramento on our way home from a trip at the end of October. The dealer JUST LAST FRIDAY finally ordered parts from the factory. He says we are in a long line behind 50 other customers to get the work done!!! We need our 5er on Dec. 20 to take to So Cal for Christmas with family, so we will have to drive 2 hours up there to get it and then take it back there when we return.
YIKES! Have others experienced such long delays? Are we last in line because this is not our selling dealer? And what's up with the recliners? Guy says they are sending new "guts" for the lower half of the chairs, that the mechanism down there is basically shot. We have only been sitting in these chairs for about 4 weeks total.
I am glad that we are getting this work done within our one year window, but now I wonder what else is going to fall apart. And how on earth can get we speedier service?
