Warranty Issues (Entry Door)

Hi Group,

I purchased a 2022 Milestone and the entry door is warped. The dealership is trying to get it covered under warranty, but they keep saying they need more pictures. Has anyone had to prove the entry door is bad before? I purchased a 5' straight edge and you can clearly see its not straight. I biggest concern is that my warranty is going to be over in October and I won't have my door replaced.

Contact Heartland direct . If you bought this unit used then they will most likely deny your request but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Have your vin number ready.
