Water in front storage

Hello

I have a 2011 M22 Edge and i seem to be getting water in the front storage area. The plywood above is dry with do signs of water. wondering if anyone has had this problem. Could it be coming in from the hatch door itself?

I have a 2018 big horn the floor in my storage area had to be replaced. Culprit was no sealant used around bay door frames when installed on both sides.

Take everything out, hop inside at night and have some one stand outside to close/latch door and shine a flashlight all around the door and underneath so you can see where light is coming in thus the areas where water could enter.
