Water inside my entry door

This morning after a night of rain I went to the rig to check for leaks and so far so good inside. When I exited the trailer I swung the door a little fast and noticed water dripping from the door. Thinking it was the weather seal I held the door open and moved it back and forth several times. I noticed that water is dripping from the bottom corner where the screws are located. I plan to look on top of the window on the door and replace or put new clear silicon around the top seam.

That may take care of the leak however I want to make sure if water does get into the door there is a drain at the bottom of the door to allow it to flow out. So looking at the door closely where would the weep holes be placed so they don't cause other issues. With the door closed I looked at the bottom and see a 1/4" angle section that is connected to the door lip. I want to drill a 1/8" hole at the bottom corners of the door. Is there any issue doing this?
