Water spitting when pulling from fresh water tank

💯 new to travel trailor camping ! Have a 2023 hearland Mallard m210 RB have had a few issues that have been worked out. My current issue is the water pump pulling from the fresh water tank water spits erratically especially when using the shower. Any one with experience with this issue ? Any help would be appreciated
The winterization valve is closed (I was hoping this was what it was no dice)

Air is getting into the system. Check your water lines before the pump.

When not using the water, does your pump run occasionally? Cause it really shouldnt.

Update !! Took the 2 adjustment screws out reset them to recomended setting. Pump ran for a few seconds then shut off like its supposed too yay.. I tightened evey hose i could get to that comes from the tank. We are out camping right now so will not be able to fine tune the adjustments until we get home. Have my fingers crossed this will do the trick
