Water valve under trailer. Under kitchen area.

It was recently in the low 30's and we have water coming out of the bottom of our trailer.
Its coming from a small hose with a valve on it. Never noticed it draining water before.

Depending on your unit, there could be 3 drains under there. Two would be called low point drains, a red and a blue for hot & cold-water lines. On our unit the single drain is for the freshwater tank. Can you send a picture of what you are talking about?

I have five hoses total, red & blue for hot & cold water, white one for fresh water tank & two overflows for fresh water tank.
