We did it with the help of ron dickeson the florada heartland sales person. Pick it up monday from general rv of tampa. Will miss our bighorn but looking forward to out great new unit. Thanks to jim for the call and information will see all at the national rally

Hey Melvin - great to hear from you. Let us know how your PDI goes. I know you are armed with Oregon Campers list and will do a thorough inspection. I think you mentioned you're staying in their CG or a nearby one for a few days. That will work well into your favor for any punch list items you come up with.

At general rv for pdi got a ruff start but they put 2 techs on the unit and did all the repairs today. Doing another walk through tomorrow. They have treated us great and taken care of all our concerns. With a little push from jim we are coming to the national rally and bringing new heartland owners with us see you there.
