Weak Patio Floor

I have a 2015 Cyclone 4200 with the side patio deck. I have noticed lately that the floor of the patio seems to be getting soft and squishy. Has anyone else experienced this? I realize this is a new model and there will be some minor glitches but I would think the patio floor would be as strong as the garage ramp floor.

YUP. It's probably Separated - Both of my Decks Separated and had to be replaced. I see you joined in February? Are you still in Warranty? If so, get it in before your year is up. They are VERY expensive to replace.
