What do we need to know?

Hi. I'm Jayne,
We are looking at a Bighorn 2017 3675el. Before we buy we'd like to get input from owners. What do we need to know? recurrent problem? faulty design? quirks? perks? best features? etc. If you can give us a view of the camper from a real owner please leave an answer. Thanks.
PS, we are not first time RV owners. our current rig is an Open Range 319rls light. 36' long, 3 slideouts. It is our 3rd rv.

been living full time 2017 fb bighorn for going on 2 years. has been great. very few small problems, fix myself. rear a/c had to be replaced end of last summer. only big thing that went wrong. was covered under warranty. only thing that we are thinking about now is upgrading to landmark. but it will be hard to get rid of our bighorn, really like it.
