How about this one...my kids love it! It's great at Easter too instead or in addition to baked pots with ham....
I like to use the Bob Evans potatoes....not the hash browns...but the cubed potatoes you find with the bacon, sausage and such.... get 2 bags of those.
1 stick melted butter
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar (I sometimes use the taco cheese to give it a bit of zip)
Mix all items together. Put in sprayed 13 X 9 pan. I love the Cheese-its on top...crush them up fine.... either the yellow cheese or white cheddar flavor
Bake at 350 for one hour, uncovered.
Enjoy!!!!! They are yummy and make wonderful leftovers too!!!
