Why is foam so tasty?

So recently downgraded our fiver from a 42 footer to a used 33 foot big country. Just love the way the heartland fifth wheels are built with the laminated parts. Well this is first used RV, and wow are there some real trash out there for sale especially on the dealers lots. Found frame flex, and cracked sidewalls, missing parts quite a few units, wow really scary stuff. Anyway our rig we did buy, had been setting apparently for some time un-used by its owners. A squirrel moved in and and proceeded to eat the foam insulation blanket off the water heater. Then also chewed up all the heating duct runs, coming from the furnace. Had the dealer replace the mentioned items before buying.

Good thing I didnt catch that rodent, cause an open camp fire and a stick........ they taste like chicken!
