Wilderness AC Problem

Any one help me please my wife and I picked up our new wilderness on July 7 since then we have had it in the shop for 16 days this is what we are dealing with first the fender screws fell out molding around the cabinets came lose went to make the table into the bed found out that it couldn't be put together because the boards were not put in the right place
that's all before we took it out
we took it out for the first time 200 miles from home to find out the air conditioner don't work will not cool it's a ducted unit the the cooling ducts are in the ceiling no air is moving so we took the vents out to find the insulation has fell and blocked the airways any one else have this issue
and does anyone have information how to get ahold of domestic that's the air conditioner manufacturer
the dealer is waiting for a call to tell them what to do we have lost two week ends of camping

If the ducts are blocked, that's probably not a Dometic warranty issue. If the A/C unit is working but the ducts are blocked, your dealer should contact Heartland. You might want to as well. You can call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.
