Thank you Jim. We're in the process of pricing through 2 or 3 dealers based on the Augusta with the options we want. We look forward to joining the Heartland family!
Mike and julie, well sense Larry blew the whistle on me. So sign me up on your friends list. Send me an e-mail or PM if you need help. Check out the chapters up north. They are having some rallies soon. Bob:D

Mike,

It is John Lemen from Florida checking in on the Road Warrior. You didn't say anything about at the Tampa show. How does it differ from the Cyclone, up or down in quality and features. The preliminary floorplan of the 405 looks like the one. if you have any info on it i would love it. thanks
Bob and Chris,

Factory pickup is not an option. Heartland sells only through dealerships. There is a dealer in Elkhart however - Great Lakes RV Center.

I suggest you verify whether your nearest dealer will work on your RV in a fashion that is timely in your estimation, if you buy elsewhere.

Jim
I bought a 2009 3055 RL and really have enjoyed it the few times we have used it. Does anyone have any comments on this particular 5th wheel? Also is 48500 a good price for this rig?
Thanks for the info. Which RDS fuel tank did you get and where did you buy it from? I want to add that too.
Thank You, for the help in getting the info i reqeusted on msrp, and manuals. It wasnt 10min's after my post that i received that info from Heartland. This had to be stimulated by your web. site. Seems like the help column in Highways Mag.-Good sams. Thanks Again! Char
Hi, this is my 2nd post, i think you accepted my 1st? My concern is the 2009 big horn 3055rl, that we purchesed. Trying to get the MSRP on the Vin#. I sent a message to Heartland with no response. Could you help us? Thank You. Char
Hi - we are also 3250 owners which we purchased Feb 07. Of this being the 3rd 5th wheel we have owned, this is our favorite. We have put over 5000 miles so far and are now planning a 2 1/2 week trip out west this spring. We probably would get another 3250 if they still keep making them when it's time to trade.
Howdy, the combination you have should be fine. The 2008 has more HP and torque than my rig. I improved the intake / exhaust on my truck and it pulls even better now. The only caveat to this is the GVWR for the combo. My combo maxes out at 23k#'s, I have only scaled it once when we were loaded for bear, so to speak, and we were 800#'s over max. Another thing to consider is proper licensing. In Calif you need a non-comercial class A for the 3600, as it is over the 15K# GVW. I am not sure what UT requires. The 3600 is a monster, but once you get used to it, it pulls well and camps nicely. Make sure you check the lug nut torque religiously the first 500 miles..................Roger
So far so good. Back in June, we went on a 6500 mile trip from Texas to Washington state and back... Up and down mountains, high altitudes, high temps, cold temps, etc. We had a blast! The truck pulled great.

The Firestone airbags were a plus along with the RDS auxiliary fuel tank. The airbags helped take dips in the road and keep the ride stable. The fuel tank allowed us to shop around for fuel, since fuel was about $4.78/gal at the time (ouch).

Anyway, I don't have any engine mods everything is stock (All the emissions are still there). I currently have about 15,000 mi on the truck so far. I'm now running synthetic oil.
Almost bought an R-pod last week. Interested in the Edge M19. Any idea when it will be available? What its dry weight is? MSRP? Thanks.
