2011 3185rl

We just ordered a 2011 3185RL from Heartland. We are very exicited about getting it in. Does anyone else have a 3185RL that we can share stories with?

Tracking Progress of Bighorn Order

Is there a way to track the progress of a bighonr rv as it is being built. We have ordered a BH 3185RL. It has been almost two weeks and I was just wondering if it has been started yet. Thanks for the help....

Your dealer is the link. You may have to pester them, but ours was pretty good about keeping us informed. Ordering a custom unit is the way to go as far as we were concerned, you get just what you want and nothing more. It's good for the dealer too, instant turn!

You need to be flexible in delivery, it happens when it happens, and not before!

There is no online/real-time way to track the build process. You could contact the Brand Manager for your unit and ask that they let you know what day it goes online. Figure it will be offline about 2 days later. Then to our dispatch lot awaiting delivery to your dealer.

The Bighorn Brand Manager is Kevin Finn and the factory number is 574-262-5992.
