New Locks

After reading the earlier posts about the entire world having a 751 key, I ordered, received, and installed tubular cam locks in all of my compartment doors. Got them online from Mr.Lock. The 1 1/8" barrel replaces the OEM locks without a problem. And for a plus: Made in USA.

I know they won't keep a determined thief out, but it will deter the opportunistic "browser" with a 751 key.

Heartland really stepped up with their new entry and slam doors. Went to Ace and Lowes to have extra keys made. No go. Had to go to a regular lock smith to have copies made.

Although I haven't had copies made of the entry door keys on the BH, with our TT, I had to go to a locksmith to get duplicates made. According to the packaging on the tubular locks, they have over 100,000 key combinations possible. Next item on the "to get" list is a battery disconnect switch.
