As things happen sometimes, we had the misfortune of having an inferior roof on our 2009 Bighorn 3055 which we had only used 2 winters in Florida. They suggested we bring it to the factory so they could look at it. Although we had to leave it and return in a few weeks to pick it up, we had a good experience with our repair. We worked with Chris Griffin and Jim Fenner to make the arrangements, and the plant manager, Scott Tusing and his Assistants, Chuck Schwichtenberg and Max Sommers and their workers, Tony Lamley and Daniel Berrious were fantastic! Kudos to Heartland Service! Thank you so much!

That's awesome that they took care of you. Hope you get many more years out of your Bighorn. Thanks for sharing,
