ATF: Bighorn - TV up/down motor problem

We have a 2011 Bighorn 3610RE. The system that raises and lowers the living room tv suddenly stopped working. Everything else is working fine. Cant find a wiring diagram or info on this motor. Does it have a manufacturer warranty?

Could the problem be in the up/down switch? No sound at all from motor.

Any suggestions?

Take out the switch and check for !2 volts at it's terminals. You may have a blown fuse. Ours is powered from a fuse labelled as "Rear wall"

We had a local mobile rv repairman look at the problem. There is a plastic nut that jammed at the top of the spiral pole. He loosened the nut, freed the plastic piece and all is well. Best to not run the tv up to high and avoid the problem.
