There will be a rig weighing service available at the rally.

Click here to sign-up to have your rig weighed. (//heartlandowners.org/misc.php?do=form&fid=30)

Howard and Linda Payne (RV Dreams (http://www.rv-dreams.com/)) are now affiliated with the RVSEF (http://www.rvsafety.com/) (Recreational Vehicle Safety and Education Foundation) and will be providing the following services at the rally:

1. A 90 minute Tire and RV Weight Safety seminar (date/time TBD)
2. RV weighing (5th wheel and travel trailers) - from June 7 through June 17

By using the link above to sign up to have your rig weighed, you will be under no obligation to have the service performed.

Signing up in advance will better ensure you will be able to be weighed on your desired date. The cost for for this service is $60 US.

The service can be performed "as you enter" the Cam-Plex property or "on the last day" of the rally (Sunday, 17-Jun).

The location for weighing will be designated at a later date and will be communicated to all who have signed up for this service.

For those being weighed, you will be required to complete a rig worksheet. It's best to have this completed and printed prior to the rally. Click here to download the Rig Worksheet homework (//heartlandowners.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=17107&d=1323363006) that you need to complete prior to being weighed.

Thanks,

Jim

2012 North American Heartland Owners Rally

Rig Weighing Service

Hi Jim,

If you've never had your rig weighing in a "wheel by wheel" fashion or if it's been a couple years since you've done it last, now's the time as there will be a rig weighing service available at the rally.

Howard and Linda Payne (RV Dreams (http://www.rv-dreams.com/)) are now affiliated with theRVSEF (http://rvsafety.com/) (Recreational Vehicle Safety and Education Foundation) and will be providing the following services at the rally:

A 90 minute Tire and RV Weight Safety seminar (this will be in the rally hall - no signup needed to attend the seminar)
Wheel by Wheel RV weighing (5th wheel and travel trailers) - from June 7 through June 17. Signup preferred. By signing up to have your rig weighed, you will be under no obligation to have the service performed, but Howard and Linda will have an easier time managing their schedule. Signing up in advance will also better ensure you will be able to be weighed on your desired date.

The cost for the Rig Weighing service is $60 US. You will pay Howard and Linda. Heartland will not be collecting money from you for this service.

It is recommended that Rig Weighing be performed "as you enter" the Cam-Plex property, but will be offered and works equally well on the last day of the rally (Sunday, 17-Jun) as you are leaving the property.

The location for Rig Weighing will be on an interior road on the Cam-Plex property but not in the campground area. The Rig Weighing station will be just past the check-in station. A map of the property, showing the route you must take to check-in, get weighed, then get parked on your camp site, will be communicated to all rally attendees in the coming weeks.

For those being weighed, you will be required to complete a rig worksheet. It's best to have this completed and printed prior to the rally.

Click here to sign-up to have your rig weighed (//heartlandowners.org/forms.php?do=form&fid=30)
Then, click here to download the Rig Worksheet homework (//heartlandowners.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=17107&d=1323363006)that you need to complete prior to being weighed. Please make best efforts to fill this out

See you in Gillette!

Thank you,
