Give them a call and explain the situation. Depending on the "issue" and the first response while it was on warranty, they will be able to let you know if it will be covered or not. Maybe they will split the costs? Cover the labor and you pay the parts?
My experiences are they are quite reasonable. That being said, they do run a business and can't give everything away for free......
Sorry I can't give you exact same scenario experiences; maybe others can if you share more of the "same problem issue" and how it was handled during the warranty period.
