Power Center Issue?

We are on our first trip with our new Sundance. Plugged in at home the indicator panel had all of the lights for the battery condition on.
One the second day at our first location the indicators were down to the red or F position. I have never experienced this with the shore power plugged in, only when dry camping.
We have a 30 amp WFCO power center with "Automatic Microcontroller Operation" which has 3 modes of operation.
This doesn't seem like normal operation to me. Can I disconnect the battery to test for output from the power center?

Some converters have a Wizard in them that keeps the converter from charging all the time, keeps from boiling out your water.

I don't know if your rig has this or not.

Mine does vary the output, but I don't expect it to let the battery condition go into the red and have the dc lights dim.

Dropped off the camper at the dealership on the way home. Service dept called a short time ago and said that the power center is bad and it will be about 3 days waiting for parts.
