Put the battery in backwards, feeling dumb

Tried to reinstall the battery in the dark and put it in backwards. OUCH Noticed it when the lights didn't work and got a flashlight to do it right. Now the battery seems disconnected from the trailer. Did I trip a switch somewhere?

You likely blew the 3 30-amp fuses in the converter. They protect from cross-polarization - which is what you did.

That you have no power to the coach since correcting the battery wiring is vexing. Perhaps you rotated the battery cut-off switch off?

Jim and OP:
He probably blew the main 12 volt charging circuit breaker on the buss bar along with the converter fuses.

OP, Suggest you get a headband worklamp for all sorts of jobs in the dark on the trailer.
