Bubbles in roof

I have a 2019 Cyclone 4270, have had it about 6 weeks. Today I got up on the roof to clean it off, leaves, acorns and such and I noticed there were small places where it seems like roofing material has come loose and there is a bubble under the material...…..is this normal.

I'm unfamiliar with what the tolerances are on this sort of thing.
