i have noticed the floor in my 09 sundance 29mk is getting punky by edges and outside corners,dought if my extended warranty will cover it,or heartland. this is on the bedroom slideout.any suggestions on a fix,etc

when i lower unit all the way down on landing gear ,water runs out of bottom of hitch pin box.also runs out of seam on bottom of unit in front of pin box.all of the roor seams look good and i cant find the source of this water.dont see any sign of water in closet floor etc,but this cant be...
