Most of you probably know this but some may not. I had been having problems with gas powered tools lawn mower, etc.. to to a repair shop and ended up having to have carbs replaced on lawn mower and chainsaw. Culprit was ethanol fuel. I am able to buy non ethanol fuel $2.50 per gallon (yes)...
Just a suggestion, if you can find non ethanol gas use it. I’m in Tx and started using it for all my gas tools and wife’s car. The difference is amazing.

First change your filter, next check the screens on your faucets. The leak at the fresh water connection could just be the rubber gasket in the hose. Hope this helps
Thanks for the input. I did go back out and do what you said and it worked. I think it was a combo of tired, hot and cranky hitch. I also re chocked my tires a little tighter.
