    Yes sounds like it. If it has red tape over the adhesive that's it. It's a 3M adhesive it'll stick forever. Be sure to put where you want it because it's permanent. Stuff I bought was from, where else, Amazon.

    Filling through the hose is an excellent way to to sanitize. You fill the tanks through that hose when your camping so this way you're clean the entire system back to the campground hook up.

    If you are talking about the seal that appears to be attached in a crimped metal strip then this what you want. Cut the old seal off and attach the new seal with the attached tape. Be sure to clean the metal well. Brake clean or alcohol. It I'll stay. Be sure to check the inside seals as well...
