Not sure if this is the right place. But I need some new front slide seals (weather stripping) on my front bedroom slide. 20 Cyclone 4005. Camping World Service Department claims they have reached out to Heartland to get parts numbers ( on several items) with no response. Been waiting on part numbers for three weeks now.
QUESTION: How responsive has Heartland been for y’all on information for parts?
Who‘s being less than truthful?
I haven’t talked to Heartland yet…..

Camping World is not known for known stellar service.
Call Heartland yourself. And changing those seals is a pretty simple DIY project.

If you are talking about the seal that appears to be attached in a crimped metal strip then this what you want. Cut the old seal off and attach the new seal with the attached tape. Be sure to clean the metal well. Brake clean or alcohol. It I'll stay. Be sure to check the inside seals as well. Mine and several others found all 4 torn.
