its corrected the issue with not being able to set thermostat below lets say 72 degrees?

They will be replacing something on mine because if I set it below a certain temp the thermostat reads 32 degrees like its frozen up. I have found the sweet spot of about 72 degrees. As long as I leave it on that no matter what I have the fan setting on it does fine. but if I put it on 69 again...

I have a 2017 big horn just purchased and 1st couple trips out had issues with the ac. I have it scheduled to take in but low and behold I received in the mail today a recall on them. I knew I wasn't crazy. just my luck though brand new 70K+ camper and have issue first time out. have to love it.

Is it a good idea to keep tires off the ground like on a 2 x 12 board when camper is in storage? I thought I read on here where it would prolong the life of the tire. My storage lot is gravel if that make a difference.
