Bob, My 2011 Landmark is setup the same way with the jumper in the bedroom closet. I solved the problem by running a coax cable directly from the closet thru the washer/dryer area and down under the bedroom window and under the dresser into the clothes cabinet and up to the top of the dresser...

You can clean that area with denatured alcohol and recaulked over the old. You can get denatured alcohol at Home Depot or Lowe's. Recaulked my seams this spring. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk

One complete cleaning cycle takes about 2 hours. So your initial cleaning will take about 6 hours. But after that it takes about 2 hour per month to keep the unit cleaned out.
