I'll double check the chain but I would think if it was jammed I'd blow the fuse (Like I did when I overrode the down) (It's all the way down). Thanks for all the advise though, everything helps.

I supported the center of mine also with 2 clamps made for sewer hose holders so it's supported by the edge and two other spots. It doesn't move on the door.
