Correct, 37 ultimate bunkhouse doesn't have a 12v DC switch standard. Easy to add though. Also the curb side flush is for the rear black tank as you suspected. I hope they enjoy their RV! I know we have.

As I understand it the upgraded tires are an option you can add. So the choice is the dealer/customer unless you go with landmark 365. Sadly dealers don't opt for the upgrade frequently potentially as it adds cost when compared to another dealer.
