Thanks Dan. It seems that its suds from the dishwashing liquid that backs up. If only flowing water, it doesn't back up. Since this appears to be a hose barb type fitting, what type of cap would work? ALso, what is the white piece that has ribs on the bottom?

My Landmark fresh water tank drain line is a 6" piece of pex with a small valve on end. What is your solution to keep this from freezing. Seems like a poor design for a unit that is claimed to be great in cold weather.

Take a look at the pcs owners manual. The power "on" status of devices means they have power, not that they're running. Also the amps are not the current amperage draw, but the amps when the device was last turned off. Doesn't explain your issue but it the pcs may be accurate. Matt & Pam...
